Tofino Clayoquot Heritage Museum

The Tofino Clayoquot Heritage Museum is a community museum located in the heart of Tofino, BC at 331 Main Street,downstairs next to the library. Our mandate is to operate a museum and archives facility to maintain, display, preserve and protect historically significant artifacts and archival materials of the Tofino-Clayoquot area. Displays include exhibits on fishing,fur trading, Nuu-chah-nulth history, environmental movements in addition to rotating displays. We are excited to welcome you to the museum and share stories of Clayoquot Sound. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wheelchair and stroller accessible. The Tofino Clayoquot Heritage Museum gratefully operates in the ƛaʔuukʷiaʔtḥ (Tla-o-qui-aht) hahoulthee (traditional territory).
